The Thirty-First Southern Africa Regional Climate Outlook Forum (SARCOF-31) took place in Lusaka, Zambia, from 8–11 September 2025. The forum presented the consensus climate outlook for the October 2025 to March 2026 rainfall season across the SADC region.
