Mrs Botho Monyama

Mrs. Botho Monyama has over 15 years of extensive experience in the public (Government of Botswana) and private sectors. She successfully served as a Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and the Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food Security for four years each, acquiring a diverse background in secretarial work, business administration, and management.

Transitioning to Administrative Assistant at the CCARDESA Secretariat in November 2013, Mrs. Monyama has proven to be a highly skilled and well-organized professional, providing unwavering administrative and secretarial support to mid and senior-level managers while simultaneously managing various administrative tasks. In addition, from 2017 to 2023, she has effectively taken on the role of Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. Mrs. Monyama holds a Diploma in Secretarial and Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
