Agricultural Information Officer
Ms Kabuya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and is currently doing her Masters in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia. She is employed in the Ministry of Agriculture as Agricultural Information Officer presently based in Chilanga District under the Department of National Agricultural Information Services (NAIS) which is also the public relations wing of the Ministry.
